Shade 00 is downright white

The shade of concealer was recommended to me by the saleswoman at the Ksisters store, the tester wasn't there, but unfortunately the shade is completely white. The "darkest" one is a bit more like a real person's shade, but the other two are more like a real person's makeup. The texture is good, it's thicker, it covers really well, it's too "heavy" under the eyes, but it's just right for minor acne.

I ordered this concealer and expected it to be as recommended on social media, but it was different. The concealer doesn't cover anything at all and applies horribly. I tried applying it with a sponge and a brush, but it still didn't cover anything and didn't sit on the skin as recommended.
