This serum does what it promises when used wisely, but I'm appalled by some of the reviews. This is NOT a serum for morning and night use, unless you have extremely sensitive skin, and even then, I don't believe that using it daily won't cause micro-inflammation... Using it so often leads to swelling due to inflammation and irritation, which may look good temporarily, but in the long run leads to skin damage! With needles, you need a break for regeneration—regeneration is the whole point of this product. Transepidermal water loss is enormous when using these needles, and it shouldn't be used daily, under any circumstances.

This is the best serum out of all the ones I've tried so far. It smoothes the skin beautifully, softens it, and gets rid of imperfections. You have to start more carefully, but over time your skin will get used to the needles. I definitely recommend it. The price for the effect is ridiculous. 💞💞
