This ampoule is excellent; hair is noticeably smoother, softer, and shinier after using it. It's great for dry and damaged hair, doesn't weigh it down and makes combing easier. I received this product as a gift for the first time. Without reading the instructions, I used it incorrectly. This product doesn't need to be rinsed out, but I used it like a regular hair conditioner (applied to my hair after washing and then rinsed it out). And my hair looked absolutely incredible: it was so shiny and soft, truly like I'd just had a salon treatment. That's why I ordered the full-size version. After reading the instructions, I tried it on clean, damp hair and didn't rinse it out. Unfortunately, my hair was dull afterward and looked like it hadn't been washed properly. So now I always rinse it out. You can see the difference in the photo.
