Although it has a thick, velvety texture, it absorbs nicely into the skin without leaving any residue. I didn't feel any particular moisturizing effect on my combination skin, I would rather say it was nourishing. I used it for a month together with acids, and my skin remained in good condition throughout, so it also performs well in protecting the skin barrier.

My favorite cream, I'm already buying my second bottle. It's been great for my combination, acne-prone skin. I use it over acidic serums—it moisturizes well. I also recommend pairing it with the toner from the same line.
