This makeup remover balm is absolutely great. It has a practical packaging with a spatula, which allows for better scooping of the product. A really small amount is enough to remove makeup. It has a soft consistency, does not irritate the skin or eyes. It dissolves makeup perfectly and what I love most about it is that when it comes into contact with water, it emulsifies beautifully into a milk and therefore you can easily wash it off your face. It does not leave the skin greasy or dry. I use it as the first step in exfoliating and then I clean with a gel.
